1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Juulink AI ("the Service"), operated by Kowa Software Design ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Juulink AI provides businesses with a branded link tree page, AI-generated customer reviews, and QR code sharing tools. The Service is managed via a merchant dashboard and is accessible to the public via a unique URL.

3. AI-Generated Reviews — Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Important: Please read this section carefully before using the AI review feature.

The reviews generated by Juulink AI are produced by an artificial intelligence model (Google Gemini). They are intended solely as illustrative, promotional content to help businesses build an online presence.

Juulink AI, its operators, employees, and affiliates are not responsible — directly or indirectly — for any consequences arising from the display or use of AI-generated reviews, including but not limited to:

The suspension, restriction, or permanent ban of any social media account or platform profile (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Xiaohongshu, or any other platform).
Removal of content or pages by any third-party platform.
Penalties, warnings, or actions taken by any social media platform, app store, or review platform against your account.
Loss of followers, reach, reputation, or revenue resulting from platform enforcement actions.
Any claim by a third party that the AI-generated reviews are misleading, inauthentic, or violate their platform's policies.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of AI-generated content complies with the terms of service, community guidelines, and policies of any platform on which you promote or share it. Different platforms have different rules regarding AI-generated or incentivised reviews — you are responsible for reviewing and adhering to those rules.

By enabling or displaying AI-generated reviews through the Service, you acknowledge this risk and agree that Juulink AI bears no liability for any resulting harm.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide to the Service (business name, description, links, logo).
You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
You must keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree not to misrepresent AI-generated reviews as independently authored by real customers.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, code, and design elements of the Juulink AI platform are the intellectual property of Juulink AI. You retain ownership of the content you provide (logos, descriptions, links). You grant Juulink AI a non-exclusive licence to display your content within the Service.

6. Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kowa Software Design and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

9. Changes to These Terms
