1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to JuuLinkAI ("the Service"), a platform from Yuru Software Design ("we", "our", "us"). By signing up or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JuuLinkAI is a smart business page with a built-in AI review generator. Customers scan your QR code to see all your social media links in one place, and the built-in AI suggests reviews they can select and paste on Google, Facebook, or other social media. Business owners manage everything through a private dashboard, where they set up their page and generate the QR code that brings customers to the page.

3. AI Reviews — Disclaimer & Risks

Important: Please read this section before using the Service.

The reviews you see in JuuLinkAI are written by AI. They are only meant as sample suggestions customers can pick from when leaving a review on their own social media.

Yuru Software Design and its team are not responsible — directly or indirectly — for any consequences that come from using or showing AI-generated reviews. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Your social media account being suspended, restricted, or banned (on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Xiaohongshu, or anywhere else).
  • Removal of content or pages by any third-party platform.
  • Penalties, warnings, or actions taken by any social media platform, app store, or review site against your account.
  • Loss of followers, reach, reputation, or revenue resulting from platform enforcement actions.
  • Any claim by a third party that the AI-generated reviews are misleading, fake, or violate their platform's policies.

You are responsible for making sure the AI-generated reviews posted by your customers follow the rules and policies of any platform where they are shared.

By using or showing AI-generated reviews through the Service, you accept this risk and agree that Yuru Software Design is not liable for any harm that follows.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for making sure all the information you provide to the Service (business name, description, links, logo, etc.) is accurate.
  • You must not use the Service for anything illegal, or in any way that could damage, disrupt, or affect the Service.
  • You must keep your login details private and are responsible for any activity under your account.
  • You agree not to present AI-generated reviews as if they were written by real customers on their own.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or delete any account that is expired, has been inactive for an extended period, or that we suspect is being misused. We may take this action at any time, with or without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The JuuLinkAI platform itself — including its brand, code, and design — is owned by Yuru Software Design. Anything you add to your page (logos, descriptions, links, etc.) stays yours, but you give Yuru Software Design permission so the Service can display it on your page.

7. Service Updates & Availability

We may update, pause, or stop any part of the Service at any time without notice. The Service may also be unavailable at times, whether for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

8. Liability & Limits

As far as the law allows, Yuru Software Design and its team are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages — such as lost profits, data, reputation, business opportunities, etc. — that may come from using or being unable to use the Service. This includes any bugs, errors, or technical issues you may run into, as well as any hacking, unauthorized access, or other security incidents that are beyond our reasonable control.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be handled exclusively by Malaysian courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may make changes to these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Service after the changes are published, you agree to the updated Terms. We suggest reviewing this page from time to time.
