• Create and manage your merchant account and public page.
• Power the AI that suggests reviews, using the business description you provide.
• Generate the QR code that links to your page.
• Send you updates about the Service or reply to your enquiries.
• Improve, fix, and maintain the Service.

We don't sell your data to anyone, and we don't use it for advertising.

4. AI Review Generation

Your business description and profile data are shared with a third-party AI provider to generate review suggestions. This happens every 3 days for free accounts and every day for paid accounts. The provider processes this data under its own terms and privacy policies.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored on cloud servers, some of which may be located outside Malaysia. By using the Service, you agree to this storage and transfer.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account and profile data as long as your account is active. AI-generated reviews are cleared and regenerated regularly — every 3 days for free accounts, every day for paid accounts. You can request deletion of your account and all related data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Public Page

The page you create with JuuLinkAI is publicly visible to anyone with your unique link. It displays your business name, logo, description, social media links, and AI-generated reviews. Do not put any sensitive personal data on this page.

8. Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you signed in to your account so you can access your dashboard, edit your profile, and manage your page without logging in every time. This cookie does not track you on other websites.

9. Your Rights

You can view and update your data through your dashboard. You can also ask us to delete your account along with all related data.

10. Third-Party Providers

The Service uses a few third-party providers, each with their own privacy policies:

• A cloud provider for storing data and files
• An AI provider that powers the review suggestions
