Kowa Software Design ("we", "our", "us"), the operator of Juulink AI, is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data when you use our Service.

Account information: Email address and hashed password.
Business profile: Company name, business description, address, and logo image.
Social media links: URLs you add to your link tree (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, etc.).
Usage data: Log data and interaction events collected automatically to maintain and improve the Service.

We do not collect payment information — billing is handled by third-party providers where applicable.

3. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your merchant account and public link tree page.
To generate AI-powered reviews using the business description you provide.
To generate and serve your unique QR code.
To communicate service-related updates or support responses.
To improve, debug, and maintain the Service.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. AI Review Generation

Your business description and profile information are sent to Google Gemini AI (via Google's API) solely for the purpose of generating customer reviews. This data is processed by Google in accordance with their API terms and privacy policies. We do not store raw AI prompts beyond what is necessary to generate reviews.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore and Firebase Storage, hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Data may be stored on servers located outside of Malaysia. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer and storage.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and profile data for as long as your account is active. AI-generated reviews are automatically cleared and regenerated daily. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.

7. Public Information

Your merchant profile page (accessible via your unique slug URL) is publicly visible. This includes your business name, logo, description, social media links, and AI-generated reviews. Do not include sensitive personal information in your public profile.

8. Cookies & Sessions

We use HTTP-only cookies to manage authenticated sessions. These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function and do not track you across other websites.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data via your dashboard.
Request deletion of your account and personal data.
Withdraw consent to data processing (which will result in termination of your account).
